We ship worldwide from our workshop in France. Standard shipping within Europe typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders to the US, Canada, and elsewhere usually arrive within 7-10 business days.
Can I return yarn if the color isn't what I expected?
Yes, we accept returns on unused and unopened skeins within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the labels are intact. Note that digital knitting patterns are non-refundable.
Are your knitting patterns available in multiple languages?
Most of our patterns are available in English, French, and Danish. You can select your preferred language on the product page before adding the pattern to your cart.
What should I do if a specific color is out of stock?
We restock our core yarn collections regularly. You can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page, or contact us directly for an estimated arrival date.
