We want you to be completely satisfied with your Biches & Bûches purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused yarn and unworn garments. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original condition, ensuring yarn hanks are not wound and clothing is free from perfume or wear.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our warehouse in France.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
